Elena Kilpatrick is the Regional Vice President of Technical Operations for Comcast’s Florida Region. She is responsible for overseeing all fulfillment and plant maintenance operations spanning the state including portions of Alabama and Georgia with over 3.5M business and residential customers and 1200 employees.

Elena started her career at Comcast in the Freedom Region on January 2020 as VP of Technical Operations and served as Vice President of Business Development, Project Management and Customer Experience whereby she developed the strategic plan to expand Freedom’s footprint to an additional 100K homes passed.

Elena brings extensive experience in telecom operations. During her 12+ years at Frontier, she served in several executive leadership roles such as National Vice President of Commercial Contact Centers and Operations, SVP Technical Operations and Regional SVP/GM roles focused on growth. Additionally, Elena held several key roles in sales and marketing with Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises and Bell Atlantic Nynex Mobile.

Elena earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University. She has served on several boards and enjoys spending time with her family. Elena, her husband Jim and Beckley (their Airedale terrier) relocated to the Treasure Coast.

Freedom Region

Matt Quantz serves as Regional Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Comcast’s Freedom Region. He is responsible for driving Freedom’s subscriber and revenue growth by continuing to evolve our competitive go-to-market strategy and overseeing more than 500 sales and marketing professionals, including those in retail and direct sales.

Matt began his career at Comcast in 2014 as a Senior Director of Retail Sales in the Chicago area before being promoted to Vice President of Retail Sales. He moved on to serve as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Oregon and Southwest Washington Region and then the Washington Region before taking on greater responsibility overseeing the Pacific Northwest. Under Matt’s leadership, his team recorded the highest internet customer growth index in the West Division in both 2020 and 2021. The Pacific Northwest was recognized as the Region of the Year for West Division in 2022. Before joining Comcast, Matt was a Store Leader at Apple prior to serving 13 years at Best Buy in district management and territory management.

Matt is pursuing a degree in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver with an anticipated completion in 2024. He has served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest and the Boys and Girls Club of Chicago. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, live music, baseball, and collecting vinyl albums.

Keith Turner is the West Division’s Vice President of Marketing & Product at Comcast, a leading player in technology and entertainment. Keith currently leads a team responsible for new customer acquisition, base management and product deployment accountable for growing revenue and market share.

With over 17 years of experience in the industry, Keith is a dynamic leader known for driving performance and developing people. Most recently, Keith served as Division Vice President of Sales and Operations leading sales channel strategy, sales compensation and operations. In this role, he provided strategic leadership driving significant gains in channel productivity and channel portfolio management; and reimagined how we support our frontline teammates.

Keith’s journey at Comcast began over 17 years ago as a call center representative. Keith’s history of experience has also included leading large teams as Regional Vice President for Sales & Marketing in the California and Midwest regions; as well as customer care, sales and marketing functions in Colorado, Utah, Minnesota and California.

Keith holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Keith has also completed multiple executive learning programs at the Harvard Business School in the fields of finance, leadership and strategy.

Keith participates actively in the community with a focus on youth development. Outside of work, Keith enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time with his wife Ashley and their three wonderful children: Emma (13), Cole (12), and Graham (5).

Rasheedah Carr is the Vice President of Engineering for the Texas Region, responsible for the implementation of initiatives to enable more network reliability and foster fast-paced growth. Rasheedah began her career with Comcast as the Director of Customer Experience in the former Houston Region. Before returning to Texas, she was in the Mountain West Region where she served as Area Vice President, Technical Operations, responsible for more than 600 employees and for serving residential and business customer relationships across Colorado. Previously, Rasheedah worked for Verizon where she held numerous leadership positions, including Director of Field Operations, Process Engineer, and area leader for installation and maintenance.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Howard University in Washington, D.C., and a Master of Business Administration from Long Island University in New York. Additionally, she is a graduate of the WICT Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. Rasheedah serves as a board member for SERJobs and an executive sponsor for Women’s Network Texas Region.

Rasheedah loves to travel to spend time with family and friends. She is a self-described foodie with a passion for Caribbean cuisine.

As an enthusiastic, accomplished, and results-oriented leader, Randall has a 25-year-plus record of achievement and demonstrated success in managing multi-million-dollar technology company types such as cellular, wireline, and fiber optic industries in highly competitive markets. As Divisional Vice President, he leads network construction, which consists of Market Expansion, Genesis, Serviceability, and Planning and Design. He has implemented strategies focused on growth and delivering the best customer and employee experiences for the Northeast Division.

Randall rejoined the Comcast family in 2016 as Regional Vice President of Technical Operations, where he led day-to-day operations for installation, service, network maintenance, workforce operations, and construction for the Keystone region. Before joining Comcast, Randall spent 4 years as Senior Vice President of Operations for the 6th largest security company, where he was nominated as one of the top executives under 40 in the security industry; before that, he spent over 7 years in various leadership roles for Comcast, and his last role was Area Vice President of Technical Operations.

Randall’s commitment to community involvement is a testament to his dedication and social responsibility. He has served on boards for Youth football, Youth Lacrosse, and Girls in Sports in his hometown, actively contributing to developing young athletes.

Randall’s expertise and credibility are further demonstrated by his educational background and professional certifications. He received his MBA from Point Park University and leadership certificates from Dartmouth, Tuck School of Business, and Harvard, solidifying his knowledge and skills in the industry.

Stephanie Brown is the Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for Comcast’s Florida Region. She provides guidance and leadership for capital management, financial planning and reporting as well as business assurance, project management, customer experience, and the business operations functions of supply chain management, fleet and facilities.

Since joining Comcast in 2006, Stephanie has held multiple positions, including leading accounting, compensation, cash management, and field collections teams. Prior to joining the Florida Region, she served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Comcast’s Texas Region and, prior to that, as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Comcast Big South Region where she led strategic financial planning, revenue operations and analytics.

She has a wealth of crisis management experience, playing a key role in the Florida Region’s preparation and recovery from Hurricane Ian and Hurricane Idalia and the Texas Region’s recovery from Winter Storm Uri. Stephanie is a passionate member of our Comcast ERG community and the local community serving as the Executive Champion for the Women’s Network for the Florida Region and previously having served as the Executive Champion for the Young Professionals Network for the Texas Region and on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Houston. Stephanie has also served as the Treasurer for Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Southeast, and she is a graduate of the Comcast Executive Leadership Career Advancement Program.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from LaGrange College, an MBA from Shorter University, and is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.

As Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Beltway Region, Thaddeus is responsible for our go-to-market strategies across all local sales channels (Retail, Direct, Indirect and MDU/Bulk) while also partnering closely with NED and HQ to maximize Inbound Sales and Dot Com.

For the past three years, Thaddeus has served as Vice President, Business Development, CX & PMO for Beltway and played an instrumental role in the creation of the Business Development function. He also led the continued evolution of the CX and PMO functions into high-performing teams that have driven the customer and employee experience to new heights and managed critical projects aligned with our business objectives.

Under Thaddeus’ leadership, the Beltway Region has seen significant year-over-year improvements in tNPS, continued steady improvements in eNPS motivation and engagement, and for the second year running the most improved region in YourVoice.

Prior to Beltway, Thaddeus was Vice President, CX & PMO for the Keystone Region, and before that served as a Director in Keystone’s Care organization. Prior to Keystone, he served as the Market Development Manager for Comcast Business in the West Division.
Thaddeus holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Christian Life College.

A New Orleans native, Thaddeus is one of seven children and enjoys grilling, fishing, watching movies and cheering for the New Orleans Saints. He lives in Lancaster, PA, with his wife and two children.

Amy Lynch is President of Comcast’s Northeast Division. In this role, she is the senior executive responsible for all aspects of operations across 15 northeastern states from Maine through North Carolina and the District of Columbia.

With more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications, media and technology, Amy is a seasoned executive with 22 years at Comcast in a variety of functions, including Sales & Marketing, Technical Operations, Engineering & Construction, Care, and Customer Experience. In her most recent position, she served as Comcast West Division Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Customer Operations, where she oversaw all aspects of customer experience strategy, care and technical operations, logistics and tools. Previously, Amy served in a variety of executive leadership roles, including Regional Senior Vice President of both Comcast’s Mountain West and Washington Regions, Vice President of Engineering Operations for Comcast’s West Division and Regional Vice President of Technical Operations for the California Region.

Amy has been the recipient of numerous honors, including being inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers Class of 2023 and named the Woman of the Year by the Women in Cable Telecommunications’ Rocky Mountain chapter. She has been named San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women, one of Seattle’s Women to Watch, been on Cablefax Magazine’s Top 100 Regional Power Players list for more than a decade and was included on Cablefax Magazine’s Most Powerful Women of 2023 list. In 2022, Amy was a member of the Comcast team that received a Technology & Engineering Emmy® Award in recognition of their work on network technology innovation.

Amy is an active member of Society of Cable Television Engineers and Women in Cable Telecommunications. She is an involved leader in the community, serving on several boards and committees including the Comcast NBCUniversal Foundation, Girls Inc. of Metro Denver, Colorado’s Woman’s Foundation and Advisor to the President of Colorado Community Colleges.

Christine Whitaker is the President of Comcast’s Central Division, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The division is home to approximately 21,000 Comcast employees with more than 20 million combined video, high-speed Internet and voice customers throughout the 12 states that comprise the Central Division.

A 25-year veteran of the cable industry, Christine most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for Comcast’s Northeast Division, where she was responsible for overseeing all customer experience and financial aspects of the business for the division, which served approximately 9.5 million customers.

Prior to her role as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, Christine served as the Senior Vice President for Comcast’s Keystone Region. Here she was responsible for operations, financial performance, and customer service for approximately 1.7 million customers in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, and Ohio.
Before her role in the Keystone Region, Christine served as the Group Vice President, Chief Learning Officer for Time Warner Cable, where she led the company’s employee learning and leadership development programs, including the design and delivery of content for 55,000 employees.

In recognition of her accomplishments, Christine has been honored with many business and industry awards for her leadership, repeatedly named one of the “Most Powerful Women in Cable” by CableFax Magazine and recognized as a “Wonder Woman” by Multichannel News.

Christine started her career in public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University. In addition, she has completed executive education programs for Telecommunications through Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business and is a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute of Women in Cable Telecommunications.

Rich Jennings is the senior executive responsible for all Comcast cable operations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Texas, Idaho, and Wisconsin.

In his most recent role, Rich served as Comcast West Division Senior Vice President of Field Operations. With responsibility for the overall health and performance of the West Division’s regional operations, his primary focus was on Technical Operations for the division and collaborating to deliver the very best customer experience. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President for the Mountain West Region for eight years.

Rich began his career in Telecommunications as an Assistant General Manager with Time Warner Cable in 1993. He became General Manager for small cable systems in southern California and in 1996, accepted the role of Area General Manager for several acquisition properties in southeastern Wisconsin. In May of 2000, he was named Vice President of Operations for Time Warner’s southeastern Wisconsin division. In 2005, Rich joined Comcast as the Area Vice President in Denver, Colorado, and in 2009 he was named Regional Vice President of Fulfillment for the Freedom Region managing field operations across southern Pennsylvania, northern Delaware and New Jersey. In 2011, Rich returned to Denver to serve as Regional Vice President of Comcast’s Mile High Region overseeing the company’s operations in Colorado and New Mexico and was promoted to Senior Vice President for the region in 2012. In 2015, Rich was named Senior Vice President for the newly formed Mountain West Region, overseeing operations in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Arizona and Idaho.

In Rich’s 27-year history in Telecommunications, he’s had full operational and profit and loss accountability for the business. His process flow improvements and customer care initiatives enhanced consumer value while creating operational efficiencies. In addition to his attention to the external customer, Rich has a deep passion for personal and team development.

With a strong belief in integrating family, work, and community, Rich has a robust history of community service. He’s participated in numerous community and industry organizations over his career which include: the Young Americans Bank and Center for Financial Education (the world’s only state-chartered, FDIC-Insured bank, exclusively for young people under the age of 22), the Urban League, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Junior Achievement, the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), and Women In Cable Telecommunications (WICT).

Rich was named in the “Top 40 under 40” executives in the Telecommunications Industry by MultiChannel News in 2006. He was recognized as an influential leader by Cable World Magazine and was a NAMIC Luminary Award recipient. He has also been repeatedly recognized by CableFax magazine as one of the most influential minorities in cable and top 100 overall leaders in the industry. In 2015, Rich was honored as Father of the Year by the American Diabetes Association, Colorado chapter for his commitment to his family and the community. In 2017, he was named Mentor of the Year by the Colorado chapter of Women in Cable Telecommunications. Rich is a Chicago native and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he received his business degree with a concentration in Marketing. He has completed executive education programs and Telecommunications through the University of Denver, UCLA and Harvard Business School.

Dan Bonelli is Regional Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Freedom Region, one of Comcast’s largest operating systems, serving more than two million customers in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs, New Jersey, and northern Delaware. In addition to overseeing approximately 2,500 employees, Dan is responsible for his Region’s operations, financial performance, and customer service.

Previously, Dan served as Regional Vice President – Finance & Operations for Freedom. In this position, Dan led all the financial, accounting, reporting and budgeting activities for Freedom Region. He also served as Vice President – Finance for the Western New England Region, responsible for overseeing Finance and Accounting and a number of other functions within the region, including Warehouse & Materials, IT, Facilities, Security, Fleet Management, and Environmental Health & Safety.

Dan joined Comcast in 2007 as a Financial Analyst after previously working as a Defined Benefit Analyst for Prudential Retirement. In 2009, he was promoted to Marketing Manager – Analytics, then to Director of Finance the following year and Senior Director in 2014, which involved providing financial oversight and operational support for all of the region’s primary business units. Between 2016 and 2018, he worked as Senior Director of Finance in Comcast’s Freedom Region.

Dan has also actively contributed to Comcast’s community investment efforts, representing the company on the board of directors for the Middlesex, CT YMCA for four years and on the board of the New Britain, CT High School Finance Academy for one year.

A graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.  Dan resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his wife, Jill and three children.

David Tashjian

David Tashjian currently serves as Comcast’s Senior Vice President of the California region. In this role, he is responsible for all Comcast cable operations in California. He leads nearly 3,100 employees and serves more than 3.5 million customers, driving annual revenue of $6 billion. David is responsible for technical operations, engineering, business operations, marketing, external affairs, human resources, growth, customer experience, financial health of the region, and most importantly the satisfaction and engagement of the team.

David has more than 18 years at Comcast and 28 years in the industry. Most recently, David served as Senior Vice President of the Oregon/SW Washington region, which serves ~1 million residential and business customers and previously held the title of Vice President of Sales Strategy and Operations for Comcast’s West Division, based in Denver, CO. In this role he provided strategic leadership to support and grow Comcast’s residential consumer products in the 10 States. David’s team, in collaboration with region leadership, was responsible for designing the go-to-market strategy and playbook for all field sales channels, additional responsibilities included back-office support for 5,000+ teammates consisting of communications, escalations and compensation. David joined Comcast in 2005 and has a variety of roles, first in Delaware, Virginia, and subsequently Beltway. In 2010 he joined the West Division as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in the Twin Cities. Previously, David worked for Dish Network in Chicago.

David has been successful in sales, operations and general management since his first leadership role at the age 19. His ability to identify the strengths in others that complement his teams is a large part of his success. David’s passion for his work, his commitment to seeing colleagues succeed, and his focus on results are the qualities that enable him to build great teams. David is a lifetime advocate, learner, ally, and teacher that helps others see there are many different paths to success.

When David isn’t working you can find him spending time with his wife Andrea, along with their children MJ and Liv. David is now proud to call California home and has lived in 17 cities! David is a former chef, has a passion for the arts of all kinds, and has served on multiple business and philanthropic boards. J.D. Keller serves as the Regional Senior Vice President for the Mountain West Region. In this role, he’s the top executive responsible for customer experience, sales, operations, and financial performance – serving customers and leading team members across Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, and Utah. Under his leadership, the Mountain West Region led the company in overall performance in 2022.

J.D. formerly served as the Regional Senior Vice President for the Midwest Region. During this time, the Midwest Region won the Region of the Year award in 2018, scored among the highest on employee satisfaction surveys, and led the Company in overall performance for two consecutive years.

In 2017, J.D. joined Comcast with more than 25 years of experience leading sales and operations in the consumer services industry. Prior to joining Comcast, he worked for a leading security services provider where he held several senior leadership roles, including Vice President West Region, directing the company’s largest field operation. Previously, J.D. held several senior leadership and general management roles, including Vice President Field Operations for North America and Vice President of Acquisition and Dealer Programs, where he led the largest authorized dealer group in North America.

A native of Utah, J.D. attended school on scholarship earning NJCAA letters in football and baseball, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the University of Utah. J.D. holds an MBA and certificates in Lean Six Sigma, Global Executive Leadership from Duke University, and Cable Executive Management from the Harvard Business School of Executive Education.

Jeff Buzzelli is the Regional Senior Vice President for Comcast’s Florida Region, which serves customers throughout Florida and portions of Alabama and Georgia and is Comcast’s largest region with over 3.5M business and residential customers. He is responsible for all business functions in Florida including technical, network and engineering operations, the launch and marketing of new products and services, and overall financial performance. Buzzelli began leading the Florida Region in July 2023.

Buzzelli, who joined Comcast in 2008, most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Business Services for the Central Division where he was responsible for developing and implementing strategies aimed at growing and evolving commercial business initiatives across a 17-state geography that spans one million customers. Buzzelli also served as the Senior Vice President of Comcast Business for the Northeast Division and Regional Vice President of Comcast Business for the Chicago Region.

With more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Buzzelli has held leadership positions within sales, marketing, and operations across large telecom firms such as AT&T, GTE/Verizon and Level 3 Communications.
Buzzelli currently serves on the Executive Board of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), and on the Executive Board for the Southeast Chapter of the American Heart Association. He is also an Executive Lead for Georgia Allies helping to promote the state’s business development efforts and is a charter member of the Board of Governors at the Georgia Chamber.

Kristee Cominiello currently serves as Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Heartland Region, based in Plymouth, MI. In this role, she is the top executive responsible for sales and marketing, operations, network development and customer service for more than 2.5 million customer relationships in approximately 800 communities across Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky as well as 2,700 employees throughout the region.

A 21-year veteran of the cable and telecommunications industry, Kristee began her career with Comcast in 2001 as a billing and repair representative at the company’s Denver call center. Most recently, she served as Comcast Business Vice President for the California region where she oversaw the sales and marketing strategy for providing a broad suite of telecommunications and technology solutions to small business, large enterprise, and local and state government customers. Kristee also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the California region.

Kristee holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Western Governors University. She also completed the Harvard Business School Cable Executive Management program earlier this year. Cominiello is a WICT Network Betsy Magness Leadership Institute graduate and served as dean for Comcast’s 2019 Residential Sales Executive Bootcamp.

Ray Roundtree serves as the Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Beltway Region. In this role, Ray is responsible for operations, financial performance, and service to customers in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., as well as parts of Delaware, North Carolina and West Virginia.
A 22-year veteran of Comcast, Ray has held senior leadership positions across multiple business units within the cable division, including Senior Vice President of the Keystone Region and Vice President of Finance for the Beltway Region and Florida Region.

Ray was named to the “2023 Pennsylvania Power 100” by Commonwealth media outlet City and State as well as the “2023 Men of Distinction” by the New Pittsburgh Courier. He is a dedicated supporter of DE&I, having served as Executive Sponsor for the Florida Region’s Black Employee Network (BEN) and co-lead of their DE&I Council.

Ray holds both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Pennsylvania State University where he played football for the renowned Nittany Lions.

Kevin is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the human capital space. He has coached hundreds of executives, worked with executive teams to gain greater alignment and productivity and has designed and implemented award-winning leadership learning processes and organization change initiatives. Kevin has worked across most major industries around the globe and brings significant experience with due diligence and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Kevin is a certified Bates ExPI feedback provider. The Bates ExPITM (Bates Executive Presence Index) is the first and only research-based, scientifically validated assessment to measure executive presence. He contributed to the development of the Bates LTPI team assessment and is certified the the BTS Change Ready Leader.

Kevin’s experience spans business and academia with expertise in consulting, facilitation and coaching. Prior to joining Bates (now BTS Boston), he served as Associate Dean for Executive & Professional Programs at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. In addition, he had a private coaching and consulting firm, Blueprint Business Consulting. Prior to Daniels, Kevin was the Chief Consulting Officer at Interaction Associates (IA) where he was responsible for the quality, growth and development of Interaction Associates’ 50-person Talent Network. Prior to IA, Kevin served as the Chief Operating Officer for Karlin Sloan & Company (KS&C) where he oversaw Sales, Client Relations and Operations. KS&C is a leadership development consulting firm that specializes in executive coaching.
Kevin has also served as the worldwide head of Human Resources for Swissotel, as a Senior Managing Consultant at the Gallup Organization, and as a Director of Research at the Hay Group.

He is a co-author of “Lemonade, the Leader’s Guide to Resilience at Work.” During his tenure at the Gallup Organization, he contributed to the research and writing of the book, “First, Break all the Rules,” by Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman.
Kevin holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, where he also has served on the faculty. He has served on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit boards in the US and Switzerland.

Anton Franckeiss is an Executive Advisor and Consultant with Bates, a BTS Company. Anton is a highly experienced leadership coach, consultant and business leader, who has worked at the senior levels in both in house and external partnering consultancy roles. Anton has more than 30 years’ hands on experience in executive coaching and advisory, CEO succession, leadership assessment, OD and change management, strategic communications, and business consulting at senior levels.

Most recently, Anton ran his own independent consulting practice, delivering change, executive leadership and talent management solutions for senior leaders globally. His clients include General Mills, Ecolab, Rio Tinto, HSBC, Bentley Motor Cars, MGM Resorts, Chevron, Bombardier and UC & Syneos Health. Anton also served as the Senior Advisor of Assessment and Coaching at the Mays Business School (at
Texas A&M) supporting major clients, including Halliburton and the US Marine Corps.

Anton has held a series of senior leadership roles throughout his career, running large teams and consulting practices with strong P&L, business development, and management responsibilities.

He is a Senior Chartered Fellow of CIPD and Executive Member of SIOP and has published dozens of articles on HR Strategy, Talent, OD, and Change Management.

He is a Member of Association of Coaching (UK), Director of European Mentoring and Coaching Council, (Europe), and Director of International Coaching Federation Master Coach (Singapore Chapter ). Anton is also an ICF Master Coach and certified to administer a wide range of leadership assessments, including the Hogan, Thomas Kilman , Kolbe, and the Bates ExPI TM and LTPI TM He
